Creating Balance through Play: A Guide to a Liberated Life

Creating Balance through Play: A Guide to a Liberated Life

Play is the natural state we embody when we feel free.

Whether it look like the ways we perceive play or not,

We are in the act of play when we are in freedom.

Freedom is your birthright,

So then too play must also be interlinked to your natural state of being.

Play is what brings balance to life.

This experience is designed to include as much of the human spectrum of emotion and awareness as possible.

That includes PLAY.

Its quite OK to lead a stoic life, one of seriousness and depth.

But everything is interconnected, especially states of being, and especially especially opposite states of being.

Here is the paradox.

If you limit X, so too you limit Y and often without being aware of the effects.

Every state of being has an opposite.

That opposite is simply a measure of the same idea to a different degree.

Play and whatever it’s opposite may be are expressions of the same underlying idea to different directions.

According to a contemporary study that tries to validate understanding that has long been present,

The absence of play leads to depression.

Depression itself is not inherently bad if we understand our ability to learn from it and overcome it.

Depressed = Deep Rest.

But at some point you have come back out and play.

Play keeps your brain abstract, focused, and innovative.

Choose wisely what you truly desire when deciding whether or not to create space for play.

This is just the problem about play.

Much of early life is informed by creating space for play.

Eventually, we begin to occupy that space with other things.

When we want to return to play, it is difficult because we have little space for it.

Living the life that you want to live begins with (more accurately, returns to) creating space.

Anything that you want to experience, in order to truly experience it you have to create space for it.

You want to heal >>> You must create space for healing to ensue.

You want to play >>> You must create space for play to arise.

You want to be free >>> You must create the conditions for freedom to radiate.

Life is a game.

You are the active participant of your life and you have much much more power in this game than you could imagine.

IF you could experience just a sliver of the power that you have in this life, I would guarantee you that your reaction would be laughter and play.

How funny would it be to awaken to your potential knowing that you have gone all this time blind to what is right under your nose?

Play is your superpower for actualization.

Play need not be you on a playground,

Play can be :

Surfing

Writing

Laughing

Skipping Stones

Chasing Birds

Burning Sage

Dancing

Freestyle Rapping

Silence

Play exceeds all limitation.

I want to let y’all in on a secret.

Create space for play will create exponential more space to do the other things you want to do in this life.

When you play

you allow yourself to be liberated

you allow your nervous system to regulate

you allow your true self to stop by.

Imagine the ripples of those ripples’ ripples.

Play is remembering your way.

It is balancing the life you find yourself living with the life you remember living.

Play keeps you in the most updated operating system of mind, body, and soul.

I would reckon that you want access to this potential, so PLAY!
